IT Instructor / IT Lecturer (German-speaking)

This is a remote position. Negentrix Holding is an educational company with a mission to help people integrate into Germany through practical education and employment. We operate three schools — IT Career Hub, DWW Akademie, and Beam Institute of Technology — where we train students for in-demand professions and support them all the way from choosing their career path to securing their first job. We are looking for an IT professional who can help our students understand how real IT work in Germany looks and feels — not through one specific programming language, but through processes, tools, roles, and everyday workflows in modern IT teams. Our students are future developers, analysts, UX/UI designers preparing to enter the German job market. They need to understand how IT teams operate, communicate, and deliver products in real companies. Your responsibilities: Teaching classes in German (once per week); Explaining real-world IT workflows and team practices; Assessing student assignments and providing feedback; Participating in school events (open classes, workshops, masterclasses); Keeping the course content up to date together with the academic team.

Requirements

We are looking for a hands-on IT professional — such as a software developer (any language), system analyst, data analyst, QA engineer, or DevOps engineer — with fluent professional German. You have real experience working in IT environments and understand development, testing, operations, and teamwork processes; You are able to explain complex IT topics in a clear and accessible way, actively use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity in your daily work; Teaching or mentoring experience is a strong advantage.
