We're seeking a Senior UX/UI Digital Designer to support a healthcare technology company. This remote, out-of-region Temp role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a forward-thinking team transforming healthcare and pharmacy services. Join our client in creating innovative user experiences that make a meaningful impact. Senior UX/UI Digital Designer Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design process across all dimensions, including user research, usability assessments, information architecture, wireframes, visual design, and front-end code such as CSS and HTML.
  • Apply a structured approach to translating business and user needs into engaging and effective digital experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with business, product, and technical teams to develop user-centered solutions that meet requirements and technical constraints.
  • Advocate for best practices in UX and design standards, communicating their importance effectively.
  • Facilitate group activities such as design sprint exercises, user research synthesis, and retrospectives to support project goals.

Senior UX/UI Digital Designer Qualifications:

  • Over 5 years of professional experience in UX or UI design roles.
  • At least 2 years of experience in user research, interaction design, or visual design.
  • More than 1 year of working within Agile and lean development methodologies.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience designing and prototyping using Figma.
  • At least 1 year of experience with modern front-end technologies, including HTML/CSS, Material Design, or responsive frameworks.
