Job Title: Technical Support Professional AMS Location: Remote Job Type: Contract Job Overview We are looking for a Technical Support Professional AMS with strong telecom domain expertise and hands-on experience with Blue Planet Inventory. The ideal candidate will support application maintenance, issue resolution, troubleshooting, and operational support activities within a telecom environment. Required Skills

  • Telecom/Telco domain expertise
  • Hands-on experience with Blue Planet Inventory
  • Strong troubleshooting and incident resolution skills
  • Experience supporting AMS/Application Support environments
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills

  • ServiceNow
  • Ticketing and incident management experience
  • Production support experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide application and operational support for telecom systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production/application issues
  • Work closely with business and technical teams for issue resolution
  • Monitor system performance and support operational stability
  • Handle incidents, service requests, and change management activities
  • Maintain support documentation and follow support processes
  • Utilize ServiceNow for ticket tracking and issue management
