As a Customer Service Consultant at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in building long-lasting relationships with clients via Zoom virtual calls, guiding them through the benefits enrollment process, and ensuring their needs are met.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Consultant at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Contacting clients who have inquired about their benefits to provide personalized support and guidance
  • Scheduling and conducting detailed virtual benefit reviews via Zoom to ensure clients understand their coverage and benefits
  • Guiding clients through the benefits enrollment process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
  • Completing a report card for each client after their benefits review to track their progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve client issues and provide exceptional customer service

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong communication skills for effective client interaction, including verbal and written communication
  • Basic computer proficiency for smooth virtual communication, including proficiency in Zoom and other digital tools
  • A dedicated work ethic and a commitment to excellent service, with a focus on building long-lasting relationships with clients
  • A dynamic, engaging personality that builds trust and rapport with clients
  • Exceptional time management skills for efficient operations, including prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Leadership experience is a plus and offers growth opportunities, with a focus on developing and mentoring team members

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Knowledge of insurance products and benefits, including life, accident, and supplemental health coverage
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Proficiency in digital tools, including CRM software and project management platforms
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
