Key Responsibilities:

* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our database using a computer, laptop, or mobile device

  • Conduct online research and participate in various studies and focus groups, including product testing and opinion panels
  • Utilize Microsoft Word or Excel to keep yourself organized and manage tasks effectively
  • Communicate effectively with our team and clients through email, phone, or video conferencing
  • Meet productivity and quality standards, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

* Education: Varies by study, but all education levels are accepted

  • Current USA resident
  • Ability to speak, read, and understand English; Spanish proficiency is a plus
  • Ability to focus and follow through on tasks and projects
  • Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with a stable internet connection
  • Microsoft Word or Excel skills are helpful but not mandatory
  • Data entry skills, including typing a minimum of 25 words per minute
  • Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support are helpful but not mandatory

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in data entry, customer service, or administrative assisting

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends
