Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Greeting customers, running the register, and providing excellent customer care
  • Selling products to customers, making purchase suggestions, and working with our food program
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
  • Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance
  • Interacting with customers daily, working with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks around the store

Your Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; retail and customer service experience a plus
  • Motivation to advance in your career and take on new challenges
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and technologies
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift, and perform other physical tasks as required
