Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service/Technical Support Representative to join our arenaflex team in Florida. As a Technical Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online chats. Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their technical issues

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems using various diagnostic tools and software
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and escalate issues when necessary

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer groups
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Proficiency in using various software applications, including CRM systems and technical diagnostic tools

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a technical support or customer service role in a call center environment

  • Knowledge of technical software applications, including operating systems, hardware, and software troubleshooting
  • Experience with CRM systems, including Salesforce or similar platforms
  • Certification in technical support or customer service, such as CompTIA or ICMI
  • Fluency in multiple languages, including Spanish, French, or other languages spoken in Florida
