About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Analyst to support the Marketing Finance function. This role will partner closely with Marketing, FP&A, Finance Systems, and cross-functional business teams to drive planning, reporting, process improvement, and systems enablement initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen with excellent systems capabilities and a proactive business partnership mindset. This position is well-suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, detailed oriented, enjoys solving complex operational challenges, and is passionate about improving finance processes through automation, data, and AI-enabled solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Marketing Finance team in budgeting, forecasting, monthly close, variance analysis, and management reporting processes. Partner with FP&A and Marketing stakeholders to deliver timely, accurate, and insightful financial reporting and analysis. Maintain and enhance financial planning and reporting systems, including hierarchy management, data validation, and process controls. Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to improve reporting accuracy, efficiency, and scalability. Experience with AI tools is highly desired. Support system administration and user support activities related to planning and reporting tools. Collaborate with Finance Systems and IT teams on enhancements, testing, integrations, and issue resolution. Assist in development and maintenance of dashboards, reporting packages, and executive-level presentations. Apply strong attention to detail to ensure data integrity and consistency across planning and reporting processes. Leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve reporting workflows, forecasting insights, and operational efficiency. Act as a trusted business partner by translating financial and systems insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders. Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Economics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Finance Systems, or related analytical roles.
  • Strong systems aptitude with experience working across financial planning and reporting platforms.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative approach to business partnership.

Preferred Skills:

  • Understanding of FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and variance analysis.
  • Experience with Oracle EPM / Hyperion Planning or related enterprise planning platforms.
  • Experience supporting Marketing Finance or business-facing finance teams.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled tools, automation technologies, or data analytics solutions.
  • Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of SQL, data management, or enterprise data environments is a plus.
