Job Summary

As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and assistance with their travel needs. Your role is pivotal in creating a positive experience for all travelers. You will engage with customers through phone calls, emails, and live chats, offering information regarding flight schedules, ticket bookings, and changes to travel plans. Additionally, you'll assist with baggage inquiries and provide updates on flight statuses.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively
  • Provide information on flight schedules, ticket prices, and travel policies
  • Assist customers in making, changing, or canceling reservations
  • Address baggage problems and provide timely updates on flight statuses
  • Document customer interactions in our database for future reference
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer service experience

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred
