Key Responsibilities:
- Research and Identify Arenaflex Hosts: Utilize your research skills to identify arenaflex hosts who may benefit from our services, including those who require 24/7 customer support, technical assistance, and marketing strategies to boost their bookings and guest satisfaction. - Contact Arenaflex Hosts: Reach out to identified hosts via email, social media, or other platforms, presenting our service offerings and clearly communicating the benefits of our solutions. - Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with hosts through follow-up communications, providing answers to initial questions, and offering ongoing support to ensure their success. - Track Outreach Efforts: Utilize CRM tools or spreadsheets to keep track of outreach efforts, responses, and leads, ensuring that our team is always informed and up-to-date. - Meet Weekly Targets: Meet weekly outreach and lead generation targets, working collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals.
Requirements:
- Experience in Sales, Marketing, or Outreach: Proven experience in sales, marketing, or outreach, particularly in the vacation rental or Airbnb space, is essential for this role. - Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to effectively communicate with arenaflex hosts and provide clear explanations of our services and marketing strategies. - Technical Skills: Ability to explain technical services and marketing strategies in an easy-to-understand manner, making complex concepts accessible to our hosts. - CRM Experience: Experience with CRM tools is a plus, but not required. - Self-Motivation and Organization: Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently, with a strong focus on meeting targets and achieving results. - Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Airbnb hosting, vacation rentals, or the hospitality industry is a bonus, but not required.
