Our client, a pioneering firm in renewable energy solutions, is actively seeking motivated Junior Electrical Engineers for a fully remote apprenticeship program. This unique opportunity is designed for recent graduates or individuals early in their careers who are passionate about electrical engineering and eager to learn and grow within a supportive, remote-first team environment. You will work alongside experienced engineers, contributing to the design, development, and testing of innovative electrical systems and components. This role offers hands-on experience, professional development, and the chance to contribute to sustainable energy projects. Responsibilities: Assist senior engineers in the design and development of electrical systems and circuits. Conduct research on new technologies and components to improve product performance and efficiency. Participate in the testing and validation of electrical designs, troubleshooting any issues that arise. Create and maintain technical documentation, including schematics, reports, and specifications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers and software developers, in a remote setting. Learn and apply industry best practices and engineering standards. Support the prototyping and assembly of electrical components. Contribute to the analysis of test data and provide feedback for design improvements. Gain hands-on experience with relevant design and simulation software. Participate in regular team meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions. Follow all safety protocols and quality assurance procedures. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field. A strong academic record with a foundational understanding of electrical engineering principles. Familiarity with circuit design, power electronics, and control systems is a plus. Basic knowledge of relevant engineering software (e.g., Altium, OrCAD, SPICE simulators) is beneficial. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to remote collaboration. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and take initiative. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies. Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative spirit for remote work.
