Job Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Data Analyst, you will be responsible for:
Data Analysis and Visualization:
Work with large, messy, disparate datasets to perform ad-hoc analyses and provide essential business insights. Develop ETLs or strategies to centralize data from multiple sources and create impactful Tableau dashboards.
Data Storytelling:
Engage with cross-functional teams to communicate complex data insights and drive business decisions. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide relevant information.
Automation and Scripting:
Leverage scripting languages (Python preferred) to automate reporting tasks, such as metrics prioritization and outlier recognition.
Knowledge Sharing and Mentorship:
Document your approaches and share your expertise with colleagues. Mentor junior team members to develop their skills and become Subject Matter Experts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with Operations, Finance, and Product teams to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and latency across multiple operations and systems.
Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree:
In a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Computer Science, or Mathematics.
SQL Skills:
Excellent proficiency in SQL, with 2-4 years of experience working with large datasets.
Tableau Experience:
Creativity and expertise in developing impactful Tableau dashboards, with 1-2 years of experience.
Business Operations Fluency:
Strong understanding of business operations, including supply chain management and transportation experience.
Communication Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.

Advanced SQL and Tableau Experience:
Additional experience with SQL and Tableau, including advanced data visualization and analytics techniques.
E-commerce or Parcel Service Experience:
Experience working in e-commerce operations or parcel service operations.
Scripting Languages:

Data Manipulation Tools:
Familiarity with data manipulation tools, including Alteryx, Tableau Prep, or R.
