Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Concierge at the American Express Centurion Parlor, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our valued Card Members. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and welcoming Card Members upon arrival at the parlor
• Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience
• Anticipating and addressing Card Members' needs, offering proactive solutions to enhance their experience
• Collaborating with colleagues to deliver creative and effective solutions to resolve issues or concerns
• Utilizing the Client First mindset to address Card Members' requirements and expectations
• Offering travel and lifestyle recommendations, as well as assistance with reservations and bookings
• Partnering with food and beverage vendors to meet the needs of our Card Members
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm in all interactions

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A graduate degree from an accredited institution
• Previous experience in a carrier, parlor, or travel industry setting (travel reservation experience a plus)
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding expectations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with Card Members and colleagues
• The capacity to listen attentively to Card Members' needs and provide tailored solutions
• A high level of energy and enthusiasm, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• The ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, with a focus on delivering exceptional results
• Proficiency in using various technology platforms and tools to provide support in a face-to-face setting
• The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed
• Light to moderate lifting may be required for certain tasks
