- We’re primarily hiring in our SF and NY offices, but do hire remotely in some cases
What you’ll do:
- Drive execution for the core product: Partner with the CBO and Co-Founders to translate strategy into clear plans, priorities, and execution milestones.
- Design scalable workflows: Build repeatable, automation-friendly processes for teams using a combination of RPA tools, SQL, and AI agents.
- Improve operating rigor and efficiency: Identify friction points in product development, launch, and post-launch workflows. Design and implement lightweight processes, dashboards, and operating rhythms to improve execution speed and clarity.
- Support data-informed decisions: Pull together insights from product, operational, and customer data to inform leadership decisions. Help define and track metrics that reflect product health and operational leverage.
- Own rollouts from 0–1: Pilot new operational systems, document workflows, train the team, and scale across regions.
- Crossfunctional collaboration: Help drive planning, prioritization, and follow-through across Product, Engineering, and Operations.
What you’ll bring:
- 5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, Program Management, or Product Operations roles at a high-growth company.
- Familiarity with process automation tools (Google Sheets, AppScript, RPA frameworks)
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
- Generalist skill set with the ability to move between strategy, execution, and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfort working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams.
- Startup mindset: Not scared of ambiguity and hungry for rapid growth

- Customer Obsession: You deeply care about the user experience and solving their problems
Even better:
- Experience working closely with senior leadership (COO, CPO, or founders).
- Exposure to fintech, SaaS, payments, or regulated industries.
- Strong analytical skills (Excel / Sheets; SQL familiarity a plus).
- Experience building operating cadences (OKRs, planning cycles, execution reviews).
- Prior experience at an early-stage or rapidly scaling company.
