Recruiter Intern
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Recruiter Intern to join our team and support talent sourcing and candidate outreach. This is a fully remote, commission-based role , ideal for students or early-career professionals interested in recruiting, sales, or HR. What You’ll Do
- Source candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms
- Conduct initial outreach and screening conversations
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
- Support recruiting processes across various roles (Tech, Engineering, etc.)
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in
Chinese (Mandarin) and English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
- Interest in recruiting, HR, or sales
- Ability to learn quickly and take initiative
Compensation
