We're Hiring: Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) - Hawaii Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 per year Location: Mililani, Hawaii Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM Are you a licensed LMHC looking for a flexible, remote opportunity? Join a respected mental health organization providing high-quality virtual care to individuals and families across the beautiful state of Hawaii-all from the comfort of your own space. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual therapy sessions to individuals, couples, or groups
- Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
- Document client progress in accordance with ethical and professional standards
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and clinical teams as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with Hawaii state licensing guidelines
Requirements
- Active LMHC license in the state of Hawaii
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Previous telehealth experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A deep passion for helping clients achieve emotional wellness
