About the Role

This position will begin as a Front Desk-focused/Dental Assisting hybrid role, providing limited clinical assistance as needed during the practice's early growth phase. As patient volume increases, the role is expected to transition into a full-time Front Desk Receptionist. You'll play a key role in shaping the patient experience from the very first interaction while supporting a growing, collaborative team. You'll be involved in:

• Serving as the welcoming first point of contact for patients (in person and by phone)
• Managing scheduling, patient check-in/check-out, and front desk workflows
• Supporting insurance verification, documentation, and general administrative tasks
• Assisting chairside on a limited basis as needed during the initial phase
• Collaborating closely with the clinical and leadership teams to deliver excellent patient care
• Helping establish and refine efficient front office systems in a brand-new practice

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of dental experience preferred
• EDDA certification and experience
• X-Ray, Coronal Polishing, Expanded Duties, and CPR certifications are a plus
• High school diploma or GED required
