Our client, a renowned engineering firm located in Seattle, Washington, US , is offering an exceptional Apprenticeship opportunity for aspiring Electrical Engineers. This program provides invaluable hands-on experience and mentorship within a hybrid work environment, allowing for both in-office learning and remote project engagement. As an Apprentice Electrical Engineer, you will work alongside experienced engineers on a variety of projects, gaining practical knowledge in electrical system design, analysis, and testing. Your responsibilities will include assisting with the development of schematics, preparing technical documentation, conducting site visits, and supporting the troubleshooting of electrical systems. This apprenticeship is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of electrical engineering principles in a real-world setting, preparing you for a successful career in the field. The ideal candidate is a recent graduate with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline. Proficiency with relevant software, such as AutoCAD Electrical or PSpice, is a plus. You should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. An eagerness to contribute and a proactive approach to tasks are highly valued. Key Responsibilities: Assist senior engineers in the design and development of electrical systems and components. Prepare drawings, schematics, and technical documentation under supervision. Support testing and validation of electrical equipment and prototypes. Conduct site surveys and assist with electrical installations as needed. Participate in troubleshooting and problem-solving for electrical issues. Collaborate with team members on project tasks and contribute to team meetings. Learn and apply relevant engineering standards, codes, and best practices.
