The Role:

• Handle insurance defense litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Work on a mix of general liability / tort-based defense cases
• Take and defend depositions, attend hearings, manage discovery, and prepare matters for trial
• Play an active role in case strategy, evaluation, and client reporting
• Work closely with experienced litigators on more complex matters as needed

⚖️ What they’re looking for:

• 1–8 years’ experience
• Background in insurance defense litigation
• California Bar admission required

San Francisco Hybrid or Remote Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary up to $350,000 depending on experience
