Senior Technical Recruiter - Remote First

Our client, a rapidly growing recruitment consultancy, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join their fully remote team. You will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and securing top-tier technical talent for our diverse portfolio of clients across various industries. This position demands a strategic approach to talent acquisition, a deep understanding of the tech landscape, and exceptional candidate relationship management skills. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and closing. Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates using various channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, niche job boards, professional networks, and social media. Conduct in-depth technical screenings and behavioral interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Partner closely with hiring managers and clients to understand their specific talent needs and provide expert market insights. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical candidates for current and future opportunities. Advise clients on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and effective recruitment strategies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools. Champion diversity and inclusion in all recruitment efforts. Foster strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive and engaging experience throughout the hiring process. Stay current with emerging technologies and their impact on the tech talent market. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within a consultancy or agency environment. Proven success in recruiting for a variety of technical roles (e.g., software engineering, data science, cybersecurity, cloud computing). Expertise in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced sourcing tools. Excellent understanding of the technology landscape and common technical skill sets. Strong interviewing and assessment skills, with a focus on both technical and behavioral competencies. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a remote setting. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with candidates and hiring managers. A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for connecting great people with great opportunities.
