- Offer career guidance on topics such as CV/portfolio building, interview strategy, and job applications.
- Share technical insights into Civil Engineering roles, industry trends, and project experience.
- Participate in mock interviews, career workshops, or informal chats with mentees.
- Maintain professional, positive communication with mentees and our support team.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in Civil/Structural/Infrastructure/Construction Engineering.
- Strong communication and mentoring skills.
- Passion for helping others grow and succeed in their careers.
