Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Support Team Member, you'll be responsible for:

  • Participating in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews on various topics, including:

+ Child-related discussions (individuals with children 18 years or younger) + Cell phone reviews (Apple, Android, or Windows, prepaid or contract) + Entertainment discussions (TV shows, movies, and video games) + Food reviews (fast food, casual dining, or upscale dining) + Sports discussions (casual viewers and die-hard fans) + Electronics reviews (tell us which devices you prefer and why) + Pet-related discussions (animal lovers needed, dogs, cats, and other pets) + Automobile discussions (own, make payments, or lease your vehicle?)

  • Showing up at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start time
  • Participating by completing written and oral instructions
  • Completing written surveys provided for each panel
  • MUST actually use products and/or services, if provided, and be ready to discuss prior to meeting date

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on your desktop/laptop
  • Access to a reliable internet connection
  • A desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
  • The ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
  • No experience required, but you must be able to work independently

Compensation

You'll be compensated for your participation in the following ways:

  • $75-$150 per 1-hour session
  • $300-$750 for multi-session studies
