We are currently seeking an Associate to join the team to support operational and overall PRHPS departmental needs. The PRHPS Client Operations team specializes in supporting our client publishers through warehousing, distribution, financial accounting, and book production processes. The Associate role is a great fit for an individual who enjoys helping others, possesses a keen eye for detail, and is always interested in learning how something works. This position is intended to function as an entryway for someone who is interested in growth within this department, and who already has several years of experience working in a professional environment. An ideal candidate would have a passion for books, a basic understanding of the book business, and an interest in learning about the full scope of the publisher services distribution process—from how books get from printers to the hands of consumers, to how data interacts within systems, to day-to-day problem solving. Additionally, this role will take on administrative tasks such as managing the President's calendar, scheduling meetings, taking notes (with AI assist), client outreach, creating and editing process documentation, reporting, and more.
