Remote Customer Service Agent - Cruise Line Support job at L42M LLC. Michigan. This is a remote position. We are looking for motivated, independent agents to work remotely answering inbound calls for a luxury cruise line client. Pay Rate: $13.00 per hour Service Hours: Monday – Sunday, 8 AM to 10 PM EST Required: Availability on at least one weekend day What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Answering inbound calls regarding cruise packages, bookings, and general inquiries
  • Handling outbound follow-up calls for clarification and support
  • Transferring calls to the correct department when necessary
  • Providing excellent customer service and upselling cruise services when appropriate
  • Maintaining accurate call logs and following client protocols

Requirements:

  • Reliable high-speed internet connection (must be able to be hardwired – no Wi-Fi)
  • USB headset with noise-canceling microphone
  • Windows-based laptop or desktop (Macs not supported)
  • Quiet, distraction-free home workspace
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Must complete paid certification training
