E-commerce Account Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated sales professional to drive growth with our key online retail partners, including Amazon, HomeDepot.com, Lowes.com, and other strategic e-commerce accounts across North America.

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

  • Manage and Expand Strategic E-Commerce Accounts: Lead the strategy and relationship management for national e-commerce customers, serving as the main contact for customer, merchant, marketing, and retail media teams. Drive joint business planning and promotions.
  • Boost Demand Generation & Retail Media Performance: Develop tailored demand generation strategies and optimize retail media programs to enhance traffic and sales performance.
  • Accelerate New Products & Assortment Growth: Collaborate with Product Management to support new launches with engaging content and effective digital campaigns.
  • Optimize Product Content & Digital Shelf: Champion high-quality product page content and monitor performance metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Lead with Data: Manage sales forecasting, demand planning, and budgeting, partnering with Finance to assess account performance.

YOU HAVE:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in sales/account management.
  • 4+ years of E-commerce sales management experience with a strong track record of results.
  • Knowledge of retail media, digital advertising, and demand generation strategies.
  • Solid understanding of financial fundamentals including forecasting and budget management.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to work remotely with occasional travel (0-20%) across the U.S. A valid driver's license is required.

Pay Transparency

Our pay scale reflects the expected range of total target cash for this position based on factors like knowledge and experience. If yearly sales goals are exceeded, total compensation may surpass the maximum salaries listed.

Total Target Cash Range:

Geographic Region A: $101,400.00 - $188,300.00 Geographic Region B: $110,600.00 - $205,400.00 Geographic Region C: $96,300.00 - $178,800.00
