The Role

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through outstanding service, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.

  • Meet or exceed set performance metrics, such as response time and customer satisfaction, to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of support.

Requirements

  • Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends, to ensure that our customers receive support 24/7.
