Job Summary

As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through live chat, helping them with inquiries, providing product details, and resolving issues. Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer support through live chat, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Working independently to manage a high volume of customer interactions, prioritizing tasks, and meeting performance targets

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic familiarity with social media platforms, especially Facebook
  • A reliable and self-motivated individual capable of working independently
  • Strong communication and typing skills, with the ability to type at least 40 words per minute
  • A high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
