Home Health Aide - CNA

- Location: Anne Arundel County
- Hours: Part-time, M-F, 30 hours/week
Job Summary: The Home Health Aide is an integral member of the home health services team, responsible for delivering compassionate personal care as well as assisting with basic, non-nursing support to patients in the comfort of their own homes. In this role, you will travel to patients’ homes and provide hands-on care that promotes their safety, independence, and overall well-being. These activities are performed in accordance with a written assignment and under the supervision of a registered nurse. It is a beautiful thing when a career and a passion come together. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate from high school or equivalent
- Requires active, valid CNA License certification with the Maryland State Board of Nursing
- Current CPR certification from either American Red Cross or American Heart Association
- Valid Maryland drivers’ license and current auto insurance, working vehicle; agree to comply with Maryland law for mandatory seat belt use
- One year experience as a CNA in a hospital or facility required
Salary Range: Minimum 15.00/hour - Maximum 22.16/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
