We are currently looking for a Community Manager (Video Games) in Italy. In this role, you will help shape and nurture online gaming communities, ensuring players feel heard, supported, and engaged across multiple social platforms. You will act as the voice of the player, managing interactions, moderating discussions, and transforming feedback into meaningful insights for development teams.   • Monitor and manage incoming community interactions across platforms such as Discord, Reddit, Twitch, Instagram, Facebook, and others.
  • Respond to player comments, questions, and feedback in a timely, professional, and engaging manner.
  • Create and adapt social media content designed to increase engagement and strengthen community presence.
  • Moderate conversations and enforce community guidelines to ensure a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment.
  • Gather, analyze, and report player feedback to support development and improve player experience.
  • Produce regular reports on community growth, engagement metrics, and sentiment trends, providing actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with developers and internal teams to communicate community needs and suggestions.
  • Proactively propose initiatives to grow, energize, and support gaming communities.
  • Maintain and update community documentation and internal guidelines when required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in community management or social media management within the gaming industry.
  • Strong passion for video games and deep understanding of gaming communities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with major social and community platforms such as Discord, Twitch, Reddit, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Experience in moderating or managing active online communities, ideally within gaming.
  • Strong understanding of social listening tools and community management best practices.
  • Ability to analyze engagement data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Bilingual skills (English plus French, Spanish, or German) are a plus.
  • Higher education in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred.
