Child & Adolescent Therapist – Contract (1099)
We are seeking a compassionate and independently licensed Child and Adolescent Therapist to provide high-quality virtual care to children, adolescents, and young adults. This fully remote, 1099 position focuses on delivering afterschool, evening, and weekend telehealth sessions to meet the needs of patients and families. Pennsylvania License is required. In this role, you will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy. You will collaborate closely with patients and their families to understand their needs, provide education on therapeutic approaches, and support ongoing progress. Providers are supported by a collaborative clinical environment, including weekly paid consultations and access to ongoing training and development. Schedule:
- Minimum commitment of 8 hours per week
- Weekdays after 4:00 PM; weekends between 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Flexible scheduling within these core hours
Requirements:
- Active Pennsylvania license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD/PhD)
- Minimum 1 year of experience with children and adolescents
- Minimum 1 year of telehealth experience
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Reliable computer, phone, and high-speed internet
Compensation & Benefits:
- $100.00 per hour, plus no-show/late cancellation reimbursement
