Job Description
Utilize indepth knowledge of Model N Power by Flex to support and optimize DSaas L2R Model N applications Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of Model N solutions Analyze business processes related to pricing market access and regulatory compliance within the Model N environment Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Model N Power by Flex Contribute to the continuous improvement of Model N platform performance and functionality Support documentation efforts to maintain clear and updated technical and business process records Engage with stakeholders to understand evolving business needs and align Model N capabilities accordingly Roles and Responsibilities Gather and document detailed requirements from business users to ensure accurate Model N solution implementation Act as a liaison between business teams and technical developers to facilitate effective communication and project execution Participate in testing activities to validate enhancements and fixes within the Model N Power by Flex platform Monitor and manage project deliverables timelines and resource coordination to meet contractual obligations Provide expertise and guidance on best practices for Model N usage and configuration Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support upgrades patches and new feature rollouts Maintain strong communication channels with stakeholders to report progress risks and issues promptly Skills Mandatory Skills :
- Model N Power by N or validate product experience.
- Experience in market access Commercial or Regulatory business process
- Lifescience Industry experience.
