Manufacturing Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of manufacturing roles including operations, engineering, supply chain, maintenance, quality, and skilled trades
  • Partner with clients and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and company culture
  • Source, screen, and qualify candidates using a variety of tools including job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of manufacturing talent across multiple disciplines and geographic markets
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate experience, technical skills, and cultural fit
  • Present qualified candidates to clients and manage the interview process from start to finish
  • Negotiate offers, close candidates, and ensure a smooth onboarding process
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates and clients to provide updates and ensure a positive experience
  • Track recruiting activity, pipeline metrics, and placements within ATS/CRM systems
  • Stay current on manufacturing industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of agency recruiting experience, specifically within manufacturing, industrial, or engineering roles
  • Proven track record of successfully placing candidates across a wide range of manufacturing positions
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing roles including operations, engineering, maintenance, supply chain, and quality
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent sourcing and candidate engagement skills
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Experience with ATS/CRM systems and LinkedIn Recruiter

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting within manufacturing, or related industries
  • Ability to recruit nationwide across multiple markets
  • Prior experience in a high-volume or full-desk recruiting environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
