National Account Manager - Walmart

Job Description

• Develop and implement strategic account plans to deliver against sales and profitability goals
• Partner with retail teams to uncover growth opportunities and proactively address business challenges
• Meet with Walmart buyers to review business needs, goals, and new product ideas
• Oversee trade spending and co-marketing budgets
• Build and maintain effective relationships with brokers and distributors to support execution
• Stay informed on category trends and competitive activity

• 5-7+ years of CPG sales experience
• Minimum 2+ years managing Walmart business
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Walmart's system
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Self-starter and ability to establish and develop customer relationships
