Role: Full-Stack Developer (ReactJS +TypeScript + .NET) Location: 100% Remote Employment Type: Full-Time Visa: No Sponsorship Domain : Healthcare needed Job Summary: We are hiring a Full-Stack Developer for a healthcare-focused organization. This role is primarily front-end focused, working with ReactJS and TypeScript , along with backend API development using C# and .NET/.NET Core . You’ll build modern, responsive applications that support critical clinical and business workflows. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop UI using ReactJS & TypeScript
- Build reusable components and optimize performance
- Collaborate with designers and product teams
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using C# and .NET Core
- Integrate front-end with backend services
- Work with SQL databases and ensure application scalability
- Follow Agile practices and participate in code reviews
Required Skills:
- 2–5+ years of development experience
- Strong ReactJS + TypeScript (production experience required)
- Experience with C# and .NET/.NET Core APIs
- Knowledge of REST APIs and frontend-backend integration
- Experience with SQL databases
- Familiarity with Git and Agile methodology
