Job Overview:
We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data across our systems, ensuring that all information remains current and easily accessible. Your work will have a direct impact on maintaining the integrity of our databases and supporting various administrative functions. Attention to detail and efficiency are key to success in this position.
Responsibilities:
* Enter data into databases and spreadsheets precisely, paying close attention to details.
- Oversee order entry procedures, ensuring that data is accurate and complete.
- Utilize Excel to create, update, and maintain data files, as well as generate reports when needed.
- Manage and arrange electronic files to make information retrieval and access simple.
- Conduct routine data audits to identify and rectify inconsistencies as soon as possible.
- Collaborate with teammates to improve overall efficiency and administrative procedures.
- Offer assistance with extra administrative duties as needed.
Experience:
While prior experience in data entry or comparable administrative responsibilities is ideal, it's not necessary. We're looking for a driven individual with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for educating others. Proficiency with databases and Excel, among other data management technologies, is a must. Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to efficiently handle multiple projects are also essential.

Compensation and Benefits:
* Competitive hourly rate: $29.29 - $34.97 per hour
