Job Summary

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the voice of our customer, working closely with clients to resolve inquiries, identify bugs, and provide feedback to our product and development teams. You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional support via phone, chat, and email, establishing strong customer relationships, and improving client retention. Key Responsibilities

* Provide high-level support to clients via phone, chat, and email, resolving issues and concerns in a timely manner

  • Identify and diagnose bugs, working closely with our development team to resolve technical issues
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, improving client retention and satisfaction
  • Communicate customer feedback and requests to our product and development teams, ensuring that our products meet the evolving needs of our clients
  • Work collaboratively with our sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support
  • Utilize our cloud-based support systems, including Intercom, Salesforce, JIRA, and G Suite, to manage customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently
  • Perform other duties as assigned by our management team

Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer support experience in a SaaS environment

  • 2+ years of experience working with cloud-based support systems, including Intercom, Salesforce, JIRA, and G Suite
  • Knowledge of the legal industry is advantageous, but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with different departments
  • Ability to handle escalated customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner
  • Self-motivated, diligent, and able to inspire others to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to discuss technically detailed processes and integrations with customers
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
