Responsibilities: Manage daily administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and data entry. Coordinate sales activities and follow up with potential clients to drive conversions. Assist in preparing sales presentations and maintaining client records. Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional service via phone and email. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and project completion. Track sales metrics and generate reports for management review. Maintain an organized digital filing system for easy access to important documents. Support marketing initiatives and help manage social media outreach. Requirements: Proven experience in administrative support and sales coordination. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results. Customer service-focused attitude with a passion for helping others. High school diploma required; additional qualifications in sales or administration preferred.
