Cloud Platform Developer PL (Python)
Important Information Location: BrazilJob Mode: Full-time Work Mode: Work from home Responsibilities and Duties Develop high performance container technologies, mostly leveraging Python as the main programming language; Develop and deliver high quality solutions and code; Develop automated tests, improving the SDLC; Investigate and resolve issues reported during testing and customer integration; Leverage on GenAI tools on all phases of the SDLC to increase quality and deliver faster; Actively participate in all aspects of an agile software development process; Work as part of a team focused on containerization, virtualization, VM management and fault tolerant/carrier grade development. Essential Skills Solid experience as Python backend developer (Full Stack is preferable); Experience with Python testing frameworks (e.g., pytest); Familiarity with version control systems (Git), including branching strategies and code review workflows; Understanding of RESTful API concepts (design, consumption, and debugging); Knowledge in Linux essentials (main terminal commands, basic scripting, basic concepts). Desirable Skills Experience with container technologies (e.g., Docker, Linux Containers, etc.); Experience with Kubernetes cluster administration (designing, configuring, and monitoring clusters); Experience with Kubernetes application development, including Helm charts and templating; Some DevOps experience with CI/CD and IaC (Jenkins pipeline, ArgoCD and Ansible); Experience with logs analysis; Frontend development knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) with experience integrating web interfaces with Python backends; Experience in using GenAI tools to design a project, create documentation, generate code, create tests, review code, etc; Experience with virtualized machines and bare metal nodes; Introductory computer networking knowledge on the application (HTTP/HTTPs/SIP/etc.) and transport (TCP/UDP/etc.) layers.
