Overview: Welo Data is looking for experienced quality reviewers to serve as the final accuracy check on a high-profile AI training data project for one of the world's leading voice AI platforms. As a Verifier, you review 100% of transcription output — ensuring every clip meets the quality standard before it shapes how the platform hears and understands people around the world. What you will do Review transcriptions of short audio clips for accuracy and guideline compliance. Approve correct transcriptions or reject with specific, actionable written feedback. Catch errors in punctuation, formatting, audio flags, and style-guide application. Help Analysts improve through clear, consistent rejection notes. Identify patterns in errors and flag systemic issues to the project lead. Project Details: Start Date: ASAP Duration: 3 weeks, with the possibility of extension Commitment: 10-20 hours per week for up to 6 weeks Job Type: Freelancer Location: Belgium Language: Flemish Pay Rate: $33/hour Requirements: Native or near-native fluency in target locale - Flemish Excellent written language skills with expert-level command of grammar, punctuation, and style. Prior experience in quality review, editing, transcription QA, or a closely related field — required. Strong critical eye and ability to spot subtle errors in formatting, punctuation, and adherence to guidelines. Reliable computer, high-quality headphones, and stable internet connection. Ability to provide written feedback in a clear, constructive, and professional manner. Ability to commit to 12 hours per week for the full 5-week project duration.
