Job Summary

We're looking for experienced Live Chat Support Representatives to join our team, providing exceptional customer service through live chat. As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, and providing product information and recommendations. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others, and a strong work ethic, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues in a fast-paced environment
  • Providing product information and recommendations to customers
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong customer relationships
  • Documenting customer interactions in our CRM system
  • Collaborating with other teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Staying up-to-date with arenaflex's products and services to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate with customers
  • A high-speed internet connection to ensure seamless live chat interactions
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services is a plus, but not required
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not mandatory
