Job Summary

As a Limited Term Customer Services Specialist (Construction) with arenaflex, you will play a critical role in connecting, rearranging, maintaining, and repairing our services for customers in the construction industry. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. This is a temporary (fixed term) position, with a weekly schedule of 40 hours.

Key Responsibilities

As a Limited Term Customer Services Specialist (Construction), your key responsibilities will include:

• Connecting, repairing, and rearranging cable conductors to ensure seamless service delivery
• Reviewing and analyzing prints, diagrams, or schematic drawings to identify and resolve issues
• Splicing and waterproofing coverings to maintain the integrity of our services
• Repairing and maintaining outside plant facilities to ensure optimal performance
• Climbing ladders and poles to access and repair equipment
• Working outdoors in various weather conditions to provide service to our customers

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• Valid state driver's license
• Non-negligent driving record
• Ability to meet a 300lbs weight limit due to safety restrictions
• Ability to perceive differences in wire and cable colors
• Ability to lift and move up to 100lbs

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, particularly in the construction industry
• Knowledge of technical and mechanical principles, including electrical and telecommunications systems
• Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures, including OSHA regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
