Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Retention Sales Specialist at arenaflex, your primary objectives will be to:
- Make outbound calls to former and current customers to re-engage them with our subscription services

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A high-speed internet connection (15 download and 10 upload from speedtest.net)
- A Windows 10 or Windows 11 computer (no Apple or Chromebooks)
- A USB headset with mute capability and a quiet workspace
- A webcam for team building and virtual meetings
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team

Shift and Schedule
As a Customer Retention Sales Specialist, you will have the flexibility to choose from a variety of shifts, including:
- Day shift/Early evening shift
- Flexible schedule (Full-time/Part-time)

Compensation Package
