Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • A clean criminal record with no felony or fraud convictions
  • A reliable computer and high-speed internet connection (cable or DSL)
  • The ability to invest $12.95 for a background check and client training fees (reimbursed after 90 days)
  • A strong work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:

  • Previous customer service or sales experience in a call center or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer support platforms
