Job Summary

We're looking for experienced Customer Service Travel Agents to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis. As a remote opportunity, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while enjoying the benefits of a dynamic and rewarding career. With company training provided, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in the travel industry, earning your own IATA number and enjoying discounted travel, fam trips, and extremely flexible hours.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Travel Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Booking air and ground transportation for clients, ensuring seamless and stress-free travel experiences
  • Researching and locating the best pricing and options for clients based on their needs, providing expert advice and recommendations
  • Booking hotel reservations for clients in their desired location, taking into account their preferences and requirements
  • Planning and promoting accommodations and travel scenarios, creating customized itineraries that exceed our clients' expectations
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally

Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Service Travel Agent at arenaflex, you'll need:
