Role Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead key marketing initiatives across social, email, rewards programs, and events. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional who brings ideas and execution plans rather than waiting for direction. You will help drive growth through creative campaigns, strong messaging, and an understanding of the U.S. market.

What You’ll Do

Social Media Management – Plan, create, and publish engaging content across multiple platforms. Email Marketing – Develop and execute campaigns, track performance, and refine for better results. Rewards Program Management – Oversee member engagement, track participation, and optimize reward offerings. Webinars & Events – Organize, promote, and manage logistics for online events. Strategic Growth Initiatives – Support leadership with special projects aimed at scaling the business.

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience in marketing with a focus on social media, email campaigns, and event marketing. Strong understanding of U.S. market dynamics and audience preferences. Excellent taste in words and visuals—capable of producing content that resonates. Ability to work independently, generate new ideas, and take projects from concept to execution. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail across multiple projects. Experience with CRM, email automation tools, and social media management platforms.

Success Metrics

Growth in social media engagement and audience size. Increased open and click-through rates for email campaigns. Strong participation and ROI from webinars and rewards programs. Clear contribution to business growth through strategic initiatives. Consistent delivery of high-quality content that reflects brand standards.
