This role offers the opportunity to advise leading organizations across various industries on leveraging technology to drive significant business change and achieve strategic objectives. As a Senior Consultant, you will lead client engagements, from diagnostic assessments and strategy development to implementation support, focusing on areas such as cloud adoption, data analytics, AI integration, process automation, and customer experience enhancement. You will be responsible for managing project teams, developing client relationships, and contributing to the firm's intellectual capital. This position requires a deep understanding of current digital trends, technology solutions, and their business implications. The ideal candidate possesses an MBA or a Master's degree in a relevant field, coupled with a minimum of 6 years of consulting experience, with a significant focus on digital transformation initiatives. Proven experience in client-facing roles, project leadership, and delivering tangible business results is essential. Strong analytical, problem-solving, strategic thinking, and communication skills are paramount. The ability to effectively manage stakeholders at all levels of an organization is crucial. Given this is a fully remote role, you must be a self-starter with excellent time management and organizational abilities, comfortable working independently and collaborating within a virtual team environment.
