Job Description

As a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our customers seeking assistance with their travel inquiries and needs. You will provide exceptional customer service through our live chat platform, ensuring that each interaction is handled with professionalism and care. Your goal will be to enhance the customer experience and foster loyalty to the arenaflex brand.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, providing accurate information and solutions.
  • Assist customers with booking questions, flight changes, cancellations, and baggage inquiries.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in our customer relationship management system.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and promotions to provide accurate information.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

As a Live Chat Agent, you will be measured on the following key performance indicators:

  • First Response Time (FRT): Respond to customer inquiries within 30 seconds.
  • Resolution Rate: Resolve customer issues on the first contact 80% of the time.
  • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT): Achieve a CSAT score of 90% or higher.
  • Quality Monitoring: Meet or exceed quality monitoring standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a remote environment.
  • Excellent written communication skills and strong typing ability (minimum 40 wpm).
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the airline or travel industry.
  • Fluency in multiple languages.
  • Experience with live chat software and customer relationship management systems.
