Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Global Logistics Specialist, you will:
- Monitor and manage exceptions interacting with carriers, 3PLs, and internal business partners.
- Help manage aspects of international express, air freight, ocean shipments, and more.
- Track shipments from origin to destination port and mitigate delays.
- Audit factories on the use of container inspection forms monthly.
- Process fully regulated shipments as needed by the DCs.
Essential Qualifications
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- 5-7 years of experience in international logistics, freight forwarding, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education/experience.
- Proficiency with MS Excel and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suites.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
