E-Commerce Growth Manager
E-Commerce Growth Manager (Full-Time) Cherry Tree Beads – Western NC Cherry Tree Beads is looking for a hands-on E-Commerce Growth Manager to drive online sales and improve website performance. This role focuses on increasing conversion rates, managing paid ads, and optimizing the overall customer experience. What You’ll Do:
- Improve website conversion rate (CRO) and user experience
- Manage and optimize paid ads (Meta, Google, Pinterest, YouTube)
- Oversee email marketing (Klaviyo campaigns & flows)
- Analyze performance data (conversion rate, AOV, ROAS)
- Support product launches and promotions
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years experience in e-commerce growth
- Hands-on experience managing ads and improving conversion rates (CRO)
- Experience with platforms like BigCommerce or Shopify
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to execute quickly and test ideas
Details:
- Full-time, Monday–Friday 9am-5pm
- Remote or In-person (Western NC)
