Job Summary

Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and enhancing the overall subscriber experience
- Enter data accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all customer information is up-to-date and secure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and PR, to drive results and enhance customer experiences
- Develop and implement effective solutions to resolve customer issues and improve overall satisfaction

Requirements
* 4+ years of experience in customer support, data entry, or a related field

- Proficiency in data entry software and systems, with the ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly
